Can’t ship the order to your house? No problem ! You can order online and pick up in our store. Its easy, fast and a Good Deal, because its FREE SHIPPING.
This is how it works:
You place a order online and select “Ship to Store” during checkout and complete checkout. You’ll get an email confirmation of your ‘Ship to Store’ purchase, with instructions to pick up your order. Your order should be ready in the same day to pick up. *Please note – this option is only available if you live in Portugal
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays;
All our orders have tracking number that we will provide you with your order information;
Shipping service is provided by CTT Portugal;
Once your order has been placed, if you need to change or modify it, please email us as soon as you can. If your order has already been processed and packed, we will not be able to meet your reques;
It is solely the buyer’s responsibility to supply a correct address. Even slight errors such as an incorrect zip code or apartment number may delay or prevent your item from being delivered. Please contact us immediately if an incorrect address was given and we will do our best to correct the matter. If your order has already been shipped, we are not liable or responsible for any issues that may arise such as misplacement, theft or delay;
If your order return to our facility, for any reason, the costumer will have to pay, again, the shipping cost. If no loger interested in the order, we will not refund.

Since every order has a tracking number that you can track on www.ctt.pt
Overnight orders are delivered Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery is not available;
Orders placed after 16:00h will ship the following business day;
Note that a signature is required upon delivery.
