Return | Refund Policy

We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you’re not 100% satisfied, its ok ! Here is what you have to do:

You can go to our store, and delivery personaly what you want to return and choose from our store the new product;
You can ship to us the product you need to return, to:

Return Details:

Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 10 days after receiving your order;
All clearance items purchased on Geeking Around are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned;
Please save the invoice you received with your package or in your email;
Allow 2-4 weeks for processing exchanges/returns;
We are not responsible for lost return packages. Make sure you return your pacage to us with insured and tracked;
The costumer pays the shipping to return the product.

We ONLY refound (give cash back) if the order you recived is damaged or broken. In this case you have to take a picture of your order and send to us: [email protected]
